Review of Whiplash (2014) by Cassandra J — 14 Jun 2015
This movie was very dark, and very good. Definitely had me right there on the edge of my seat through most of it. There were an unfortunate and unnecessary amount of homophobic and sexist/misogynistic slurs used throughout by teacher Fletcher, and at times the time-jumps between scenes threw me off a little, but all in all the movie was pretty exciting.
