Review of Whiplash (2014) by Maxx D — 07 Sep 2015
As someone who is a drummer that has edited drumming videos, the editing on this REALLY frustrated me. The drumming heard is almost never what is actually being seen on-screen which completely took away any immersion.
This is probably a very niche problem to have but still, it took away my attention from what is otherwise a great movie. J.K. Simmons is incredible as ever.
