This movie is a prime example of one of my most heated issues in film today...false advertising. Such as "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" being advertised as a horror film when it's actually a creepy courtroom drama.
I would've enjoyed this more had it A) been more about roller derby like it was advertised (instead of the formulaic Hollywood teen dramedy that it comes off as), and B) actually been more realistic, both in story and in the action scenes.
Jimmy Fallon was decent, though.
