Review of While We're Young (2015) by Amanda C — 04 Jun 2015
The end result is a little too meta and a little too much, but for the most part, While We're Young is a poignant coming of age tale for people in their 40s. Light humour keeps the film from being simply depressing as the character grapple with reaching middle age and attempt to recapture their youth.
There are some insightful moments that are to be expected from director Noah Baumbach, leading to an overall enjoyable film.
