Review of Which Way Home (2009) by Tamara L — 12 Feb 2011
Which Way Home is at its best when it's focusing on the journey; I didn't find the interviews nor the characters all that interesting, personally. The subject matter is hardly news to anyone, and the disturbing stats and stories are never really supported by any real evidence - it's all just hearsay, Still, give credit to the people behind this film for trying to give this very real problem a human backdrop, and for sticking with the characters throughout the film, wherever their respective journeys take them.
They never take sides, and they never try to offer a solution, which makes the film all the more powerful.
