Review of Where to Invade Next (2015) by Thereal D — 31 Aug 2016

I was visiting Niagara Falls, NY and my mother said to someone "oh, we like (new) President Obama", and this was a shop clerk - a person of modest means. She thought Obama's policies benefiting the broader society -and definitely her and her children- would be an obvious win. But no - this person did NOT like Obama. I thought maybe I was missing something, but it felt odd. Why does this person not want to live a better life? Obama could only benefit them. This might be the type of person who doesn't rank this movie high. One who doesn't get it that their american society is really NOT very good for anyone on the low side of this financially bifurcated and -let's say it- hypocritical society.

When I saw this movie I realized I was not insane. This is a masterpiece by a person not afraid to say the truth, and prove it.

But Michael, you need to go on a diet and work out a bit.
