Review of Where to Invade Next (2015) by Tatiana M — 12 Feb 2016
It's so enlightening to see the ways in which other cultures have solved the basic questions of how to provide for their citizens, how to handle our human needs: feeding children, caring for workers, incarceration, drug use, education, banking, female equality and healthcare, sexuality.
.. Countries around the world have found solutions which are different from the ones we use here in America and it is mind-expanding to get a glimpse at those cultures. Many of these systems have been created very recently.
These countries are laboratories and we can clearly trace their path to arrive at these humane and stress-reducing systems. I'm so grateful to Michael Moore for making this journey and bringing us along with him.
This shows us possibilities! It's really an important film for our time, especially for young people who have their lives ahead of them. I recommend this movie to every American. And it made me laugh!
