While "Where To Invade Next" finds Michael Moore as polemical as ever, you can't help but want to hug the Europeans and Africans featured in this film who have seemed to embrace American idealism that has all but slipped through our own grasp.
Though the flag planting conceit grows tiresome quickly, the points the ever cantankerous Moore makes us yearn and/or angry for a better world - affecting film making!
