Michael Moore's message as he explores the world for examples of "positive change" to bring home to America is a HOPEFUL one. Ironically, many of the good ideas were initiated "by the USA" but, alas, are not found "in the US".
A. The "R Rating" is mind-boggling. As the old saying goes, "Try it, you'll like it" :-).
