Interesting and amusing, but not his best. Michael Moore goes to other countries to 'steal' their ideas and policies. Italy for mandatory, government paid vacation; France for their school lunches; Slovenia for their free college education.
It does make you wonder if it works for these countries why couldn't it work here....
