Review of Where the Wild Things Are (2009) by Ocram I — 24 May 2013
I liked this. The dialogue is probably a little confusing and not really descriptive, and it is a little scary in some parts, but I really enjoyed it and think there are a lot of kids that would too. I imagine it would resonate quite well with children who feel isolated in some way but Perantal Guidance may be necessary for some children.
The sets and costumes were absolutely stunning and the camera work also well done, and as someone who was fascinated with books as a child I felt it was as strange and exciting as I found it as a child.
