I really enjoyed this movie. No, there isn’t a ton of action, but that’s ok. This is how movies used to be made. Gorgeous scenery in North Carolina, & the direction was wonderful. Daisy Edgar-Jones was perfect as Kya.
When a movie like this is made from such a popular book, the main character(s) have to be spot-on b/c it’s so well known. Edgar-Jones was splendid in every respect. Teetering between an 8 & 9. I certainly enjoyed myself & that’s most of the battle.
I’ll go 9.
