Mildly entertaining fluff piece, saved by a certain level of charm from Bell & Duhmamel and some funny work from DeVito and Heder. There's a fountain scene that steals a little from La Dolce Vita, but then again, can any non-Italian movie make a movie in Italy without referencing Fellini?
