Kristin Bell may be an attractive actress, but she can't support the weight of being a good actress or a likable lead character. (same with Josh Duhamel).
This film suffers from HUGE Rom-Com cliches, cheesey dialogue & raw story filler. It is not original, and it fails to be funny or charming.
Overall "When In Rome" is a silly, stupid, and un-fathomable premise, which equals this out to a terrible trainwreak of a Romantic Comedy Film.
