I love that this movie is true to the way romance really happens most of the time. I can't stand a movie when people fall in love after only a few days. It's not realistic. When harry met sally is definitely not one of those movies.
The movie spans over a time period of about a decade. But sometimes it takes that long to realize that special someone is right under your nose and is maybe even your best friend. I'd have to say it is my favorite romantic movie of all time.
