Predictably stupid. You have no idea who the stalker is, nor his motivations. What were the filmmakers thinking? We wouldn't care? There needs to be a bit of cause or plausibility to a character who murders.
This character just looked like he does it because he was bored. Plus this girl is stupider than most horror genre teens.
