No, I'm not referring to When A Stranger Calls, although it does use the "someone's calling from inside the house" plot. It's a "B" movie done by a studio that's known for taking basic plots of movies about to come out in the theater (or DVD), and it's not bad.
At the end, it actually makes sense who the killer is.
