I am sorry to say that this is one of Jackie Chan's most boring films. There is hardly any fighting and the comedy is not up to scratch either. The plot is some gibberish that even I can't remember. And I usually remember every last detail of even the shittest film in microscopic detail. (Unfortunately I do not have the same powers of recall when it comes to my family's birthdays or my own PINs). All I do remember is that there are only two good things about this film :

1) There is an EXTREMELY attractive woman in it.

2) The fight scene at the end.

The fight scene at the end is not Chan's best but it is damn good. He has a one on one against Benny "The Jet" Urquidez who is (or was) apparently a real-life competition kickboxer of some repute. Benny the Jet inflicts a severe ass-beating on the Chan, and you can actually see real pain and anger on Chan's face as Benny pummels him. Then some cheesy 80s music starts playing and Chan gets his groove back. "Treat it like a training session !" I have paused and rewound the subsequent "death blow" many times to discern how it was done. As far as I can tell, the Chan punches Benny one way, causing him to fall backwards to the left, then catches him with a hook so powerful it actually lifts Benny back to his feet and causes him to fall over forwards and to the right. Shame the rest of the film is so shit.
