Another great Hong Kong action comedy, this one just misses the standard set by PROJECT A and DRAGONS FOREVER but in all respects it's still a great movie. The Spanish setting gives it a unique feel to the others, the hard-hitting climax is the stuff of legends and Yuen Biao, Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung here feel most like the modern-day Stooges.
