Not Woody's best effort to say the least, re-dubbing a silly Japanese action film could have been funny or at least entertaining stuff if there had been some nifty editing like in Kung Pow, some clever effects like in Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid or at least some funny voices.
Sadly, Tiger Lily has very little of that and makes for an almost dull experience with perhaps the occasional chuckle popping in. Disappointing.
