The sillier side of Allen shines through in this over-the-top, absurdist re-imagining of a Japanese spy movie. The movie was re-cut/dubbed over to include a number of sight gags and scatological humor.
While it is funny, the movie suffers from pacing issues and some jokes that fall flat.
