I'll give it this: The sheer volume of rapid-fire gags, especially during the uncharacteristically robust finale, is pretty impressive. The trouble is only one in every fifty or so is actually funny.

Add to that its absolutely top-tier cast floundering around in a mess of a script, and its status as a time capsule that makes it clear the early 60's had no idea what the hell they were doing, and it gets a little hard to watch sometimes.

There's absolutely nothing in the film that's not centered around sex in some form, but they don't have the common decency to show more than a square inch of skin. Give the script to Russ Meyer, and we may have had something.

There's scraps of quality to be found here, but don't even bother unless you're awfully curious.
