Review of What's Love Got to Do with It (1993) by Ant O — 12 Feb 2011
This drama based on a true story of Tina Turner is often mistaken as a unintentional comedy because some scenes made me laugh. Even though it wasn't meant to be funny, I just wouldn't control myself from laughing when Ike and Tina get into verbal arguments and fights.
As a child, I found this movie entertaining and unforgettable and Laurence Fishburne as Ike Turner was fantastic.
