Whats eating Gilbert Grape is one of those little treasures that for the most part most people do know about,mainly due to Leonardo Dicrapio knock out performance as Arnie Grape. I did not hate the movie don't mind the number rating, I liked it, its just to long for me and some parts are cheesy, but I like the visuals and its makes us feel like we're seeing life in a different way than usual.

So for this being a decent movie with actors that will become one of the best actors in their time, I give " Whats Eating Gilbert Grape " a D.
