Review of Whatever Works (2009) by Uriel M — 13 Mar 2010
Larry David should work in more of Woody's movies. It's funny how Boris warns us that this is not a feel-good movie, and yet I had a smile on my face when it ended. Hilarious film with the brilliant dialogues that are so Woody-like, and that make his movies the rare pearls they are.
You could spot one of his movies miles away... all it takes is to listen to a couple of lines, and that's more than enough to get caught in Allen's web. I fall in it every time, and I wouldn't like it any other way.
This defenitely works.
