I really think this movie needed to pick a direction. As the political edu-documentary it falls short of getting to a point. As a documentary about political activists who are also travelling musicians, it lacks a adequate narrative.
The greatest misgiving of this movie is that it has a charismatic, energetic, enigmatic and possibly crazy main focal point, namely Reverend Billy, who is not focused on enough to make the entire documentary fun AND a harbinger of social change.
