What Women Want is an enjoyable, original and charming comedy that both men and women can identify with to some degree. Mel Gibson is absolutely fantastic as the chauvinist womanizer who through a freak accident is given the power to read women's minds. Gibson is a great sport and he is charming and irresistable. Helen Hunt is also equally likeable in her role. What Women Want is thoroughly entertaining with some good funny moments. The vibe throughout the film is warm and immediately perks up your mood. The whole film is generally good although some parts do drag, but on the whole this is a great film that you should definitely see.
