Review of What We Do in the Shadows (2014) by Tvjerry — 09 Mar 2015
This fake documentary follows the lives of vampire flat mates in New Zealand trying to cope with modern life (Jemaine Clement of "Flight of the Conchords" is the familiar face). There's not really a plot, just their interactions with each other and their often frustrating attempts to deal with everyday life, the occasional mortal and the neighborhood werewolves.
In addition to outright laffs and hip chuckles, the whole thing is wrapped in a wacky, off the wall vibe that keeps it entertaining.
