This film is very smart, but unfortunately it is all one big inside joke. If your in the industry it is an interesting examination from those who know it best. If your not in the industry though, you might not get it.

Bruce Willis is especially brave in his portrayal of an out of line actor, and Katherine Keener is excellent as the laid back, but set in her ways movie exec.
