It's very self indulgent. The movie revolves around De Niro and he just doesn't make you want to care about him at all. There are these dozen small story lines going around and the only one that really works is the Bruce Willis one.

If you looks at the writers, director and producers, they have all been in hollywood for awhile and think something like this would be more interesting than it actually is. Except of course for Mark Cuban, not sure why he produced it.
