I read some review about this being good because it was "artsy." Why does a movie that doesn't have a wide release and tries to be cute automatically get street cred as being artistic? Itâ??s a supposed comedy that features maybe 2 genuinely funny moments.

All the characters are stereotypical Hollywood players (pre-Madonna actors, lying producers, catering agents, manic depressive directors). This works if the movie is funny...but it's not. What just happened? - save yourself the trouble of trying to find out.
