The mass media often writes off Christain movies as either too preachy or schmaltzy to the point of becoming a 90 minute Hallmark card. Thankfully, this movie was neither. This could have easily been slipped into the chick flick genre, The added bonus to this was there was a God-centered message.
The girl who played the oldest daughter reminded me of a hybrid of Miley cyrus and Selena Gomez. Overall: this was a modern version of It's a Wonderful Life (hey, they even referenced it) but a good family movie overall.
