What Happens in Vegas is a tired, predictable, unsatisfying affair, not helped by its average script, hit and miss jokes, and unlikable leads. It maybe could have worked; if Jack wasn't such a big douche-bag and if Joy wasn't such a control freak, but it was best if it had stayed in development, rather than annoying and creeping audiences out a bit with Jack's habits.

The title is misleading too, the city of Vegas's screen time roughly 30 minutes. Stupid, but harmless fluff that may ultimately satisfy the least critical of viewers but audience members looking for a thrill may be thirsty for something actual, well, good.
