Excellent acting and unpredictable plot. I appreciate that the grandfather exited as a character before the sisters' adulthood because rather than focusing on whether his decisions were abusive or the right decisions for the family, the women's relationships with each other became the main focus.

In most places, the script was sharp and the characters were consistent. However, the closing scene of the movie was the most disappointing as the entire movie focused on the means not being justified even for a good end but somehow all is forgiven without demonstrating the emotional impact of what one sister did.

If this final scene had been rewritten just slightly, the entire movie would have been more cohesive.
