More disturbing version of "Sunset Boulevard" without the elements of romance. Joan Crawford and Bette Davis are both excellent here as aged stars, but Maidie Norman steals the show whenever she's on-screen as their strong, black cleaning lady.
This is another film that just ends without much resolution. Weird.
