Review of What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962) by Wes B — 22 Jul 2008
It's half an hour too long and it doesn't hold up in comparison to Sunset Boulevard, or to Misery (on which it has an obvious influence). Both actresses are kind of wasted - Bette Davis spits and shrieks charmlessly, and Joan Crawford is stuck playing nice in a wheelchair.
Worth a viewing, I suppose.
