I'll just come out and say it. This is my favorite movie. I wish the actual critics felt the same way the audience seems to. I can watch this one over and over. It takes the audience on such a journey.
As rich and beautiful as the visuals are in this film, the dialogue is what really captures me. I really believe Robin Williams and Annabella Sciorra as a pair of soulmates. Cuba Gooding Jr. also give a great performance.
This is a movie about love conquering all and is a great one to watch with the person you love. I'd put Chris and Annie right up there with Romeo and Juliet, Mark Antony and Cleopatra, Rhett Butler and Scarlett O'hara, etc.
