Great story, acting, and production design rule the day in What Dreams May Come. Inspired by Dante's Inferno, you can really tell once Robin Williams and Cuba Gooding traverse Hell. While it has sappy moments, the movie as a whole works very well because of emotional performances and amazing imagery.
