Review of What Did You Do in the War, Daddy? (1966) by Benjamin W — 09 Sep 2010
Blake Edwards' amusing take on World War II, set against the background of the Sicilian campaign. Only Germans get killed and no Americans or Italians are harmed during the shooting. Lots of the same slapstick humour that can be also found in Blake's slightly earlier and somewhat better film, "The Great Race".
