Review of Whale Rider (2003) by Nikki M — 14 Nov 2008
A really great movie that was completely engaging with really great characters and a beautiful -- albeit, a bit predictable -- story. The little girl in the movie, who was the youngest to be nominated for a leading actress oscar, definitely deserved some recognition as the heart and soul of the film.
Well worth checking out, I recommend it.
