Review of Whale Rider (2003) by Dominique M — 06 Oct 2008
This is a wonderful movie about the triumph of the human spirit versus generational perspectives of roles. The acting is superb with excellent cinematography. Then, you may ask, why only 3 Stars? Well, the movie moves so slowly that I simply would never watch it again, knowing that I will never watch it again and that I would not buy it for my collection cost 2 stars.
I do think everyone should see it though.
