Review of Whale Rider (2003) by Meredith H — 28 Feb 2009
A Kiwi classic. I enjoyed watching Whale Rider very much. Castle's oscar nomination was truley well deserved, but I felt her grand-mother and grandfather also gave a stand out performance. Towards the end of the movie, when Pai rides the whale and submerges into the water with it, gives me chills all the time I see it.
