Review of Whale Rider (2003) by Alexander C — 03 Dec 2012
We studied this film in my Postcolonial Literature course. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of acting and the dynamic characters of Whale Rider. The story is relatively simple but the emotion that underlies it is moving and overall it is effective.
I would encourage anyone to take a few hours and sit down to watch this movie.
