I am a HUGE fan of the 1961 film, and was a bit sceptical about the remake after watching the trailer, however the remake is absolutely spectacular!! I applaud Spielberg for adding his own style to the film, as well as to produce a film that lives up to the 1957 Broadway show, without leaving you feel like you have watched an exact copy of the original.
