Review of West Side Story (1961) by Andre F — 29 Apr 2014
Although a few parts come off as a little cheesy (to me, at least), WEST SIDE STORY is still one of the best musicals ever made. Everything from the cinematography, sets, costumes, production design, choreography and, most of all, the songs make this film a truly memorable telling of a classic story.
