This movie had such wonderful potential but alas was just average thanks to some very poor writing. Tanner Cohen as the lead was outstanding and really saves the movie; and he has an amazing voice. The musical numbers in the movie are stellar- almost a Moulin Rouge feel.
I've never seen anything like it in an independent film. All that said, the good makes up for the bad and this is still a movie that deserves watching. I suspect we will see much more of Tanner Cohen in the future.
