Review of We're the Millers (2013) by Ian B — 28 Jan 2014
I wasn't expecting much from this one, but it turned out to be pretty funny thanks to a great cast and tight direction from Rawson Marshall Thurber (Dodgeball). At two hours long, the film could've used a little trimming, and the script is full of cliches.
.. but Sudeikis and Aniston have genuine comedic chemistry and are surrounded by a stellar supporting cast, including Ed Helms and Nick Offerman. Unfortunately the laughs dry up towards the third act, but the film still has plenty of hilarious moments and is worth checking out if you're in the mood for a decent raunchy comedy.
