It is weird and original look at the burden of Eastern Europe in turbulent years during WW2 and afterwards. It is open to many interpretations and is really hard to describe. I think the best way is to silently get involved into the viewing and contemplate afterwards since there is a lot to contemplate about, the director gives you unending food for thought.

At some point the system indeed did go wrong as with Wreckmeister harmonic principles in music as uncle Gyorgy is suggesting.
