Review of Wendy and Lucy (2008) by Thomas L — 21 Apr 2009
Minimalistic films usually require alot of self interpretation from the viewer but the sheer performance of Michelle Williams and having universal familiar themes (losing a pet, facing financial crisis) enables viewers to strike a chord with it.
An indie, art-house-y film with mass appeal.
