Review of Welcome to the Punch (2013) by Dino L — 15 Mar 2013
Really well executed crime-drama, the influence of Michael Man and Heat obvious but not so heavy it detracts from the films own action and thrills. London has never looked more visually stunning, the top British cast maintaining their consistancy with great performances as well.
Only gripe was the dialouge could have been sharper and better flowing, this is obviously meant to be a step-away from Guy Ritchie's style but it could have done with taking a bit of inspriation from the man's writing.
